IMPORTANT – GENERAL INFORMATION – (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Registration: Thursday afternoon from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Camak Auditorium Lobby 

First Session: Thursday evening at 6:45 p.m. – Camak Auditorium

First Class: Thursday evening at 8:00 p.m. 

Bookstore Open:
2-6p.m., 9-9:30p.m. 

First-Timers and Under 40's Orientation: Thursday night 9:15-10:15 p.m. in Chapel 

Closing Worship: Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – Camak Auditorium

Short Courses: A one hour overview of each course will be presented Friday and Saturday afternoon to give participants an opportunity to preview all of the studies.

Offering: An offering will be received at the Friday evening session.

School Choir: Participants will have an opportunity to volunteer to sing in the choir for Sunday worship. Practices will be Friday at 3:15 – 4:15 p.m. and Saturday at 3:15 – 4:15 p.m. in Camak 

Housing: Resident students will be housed in college dormitories. Bring bed and bath linens, soap, light blanket or spread for a single bed, pillow, coat hangers, alarm clock, comfortable clothes, walking shoes, hat, flashlight, umbrella, extension cord, reading lamp, Bible, pens, notebooks, trash bags, jacket or light sweater, and other item necessary for your comfort away from home. Dorm rooms may be cold–bring appropriate linens as needed.

Refund Policy:
Requests must be submitted to the Dean in writing. 100% until July 5, 2008; 50% July 6-July 9, 2008; NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY 10, 2008.

Cost:   Resident students $155
– Includes 9 meals and 3 nights lodging. There will be an extra charge of $50 (see registration form) if you arrive on Wednesday evening. 
            Day students $100 –Includes 9 meals.

Keys:
Bring a $10 bill for key deposit and pay at registration tables (refundable at departure). There will be a $40 charge for lost keys – NO EXCEPTIONS

Child Care:
We are NOT equipped to offer child care for this event.

Youth Study: We will accommodate the first 30 youth who register with accompanying medical and covenant forms. Girls ages 12 – 14 or agel 5 through grade 12 should participate. Girls must be 12 years old by August 1, 2007. Local units should arrange adult Chaperones (age 25 or older) for their girls. YOUTH WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE CAMPUS. 

Textbooks: You may purchase in advance by ordering toll free from the Service Center 1-800305-9857 or by FAX 1-513-761-3722 , or the Resource Room on campus ,open during registration from 2:00-7:00 p.m.

Craft Room: Please bring crafts to be sold in the basement of Judd Dormitory. Proceeds from the Craft Room will be divided among the five Mission Projects.

Friday: Each district will set up a display in the back of Camak Auditorium..

Walking Problems?
Don't Worry! Golf carts will be available to get us from place to place on campus. The Drivers are fun, experienced, willing and ready!
